Mission Statement
The St. Jude's Pastoral Council serves in an consultative and advisory capacity to the pastor of St. Jude's Parish. The goal of the work of the Pastoral Council is the consolidation of the diversity of ministries in the parish so that there will be a well conceived and coordinated effort to further the activity of the people of the parish, while keeping all parishioners well informed.

Meeting Dates
7:00 p.m. First Wednesday of the Month (September through June, excluding January).

Please note: ALL PARISHIONERS are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings to gain a sense of what's happening at St. Jude's and provide their opinions.

Short Term Goals
(1) Provide a forum for communication and coordination of activities across the various organizations of the parish.
(2) Provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and concerns of the faithful of St. Jude's Parish. With the guidance of the pastor and clergy, issues are brought to resolution.

Long Term Goals
(1)
Increase monthly meeting attendance by the parish faithful as a means of communication and idea exchange  Bulletin Announcements, Internet use, Etc.).
(2) Provide the support for the formation of new parish organizations as needs emerge and are presented by members of the parish.
