WEBCAM

   Use Windows Media Player, which installs with Microsoft Windows.

   When you click on "WEBCAM", Internet Explorer will ask if you want to default to that browser, click on "NO".  Media Player will then open up.

NOTE: If you are unable to connect to the server from Media Player, the server may be off-line. Try again later.
